I don't have the pictures that we took at Lindsey's Birthday Dinner yet-b/c it was only 3 hours ago...

So, these little childhood snippets will have to do for now... She-Ra Warrior Princess & Big Wheels- that is so 1984!

I don't have alot of time to tell you how cool the birthday girl is- Um... because her 2 little monkeys are spending the night at mi casa. I am sure I will have pictures of all of this soon. We love our sweet cousins!

I had my Lasik procedure yesterday... crazy long informative post to come. As for now... this is what I think so far-
LoVe...
1. Donald did EVERYTHING for me all day! He is always awesome like that, but I liked being taken care of for a day. (He took the kids ice skating at the Galleria while I was at the clinic.)
2. It only took about 10 minutes to do the procedure.
3. It is less than 24 hours later- I can see! If you do not like being read to- I am not the one to hang out with right now. I read everything that goes by in the car or on the TV screen like a 5 year old learning to read!
HaTe...
1. I was at the clinic for 5 hours hanging out with crazy nervous people! The girl next to me (who is now my new BFF) actually rocked back & forth the whole hour before her turn.
2. I have to sleep in GOGGLES!
3. EXPENSIVE- I will be paying $116/month for the next 2 years. Ugh! Dave Ramsey isn't going to like that!

MUST READ...

A friend of my grandmother's returned this book to her while we were in Kerrville. My Gramma said that she had gotten it from my dad & had loaned it out several times. It is a definite MUST READ. I read the whole thing in a weekend- which is great for me-I loose interest easily.

KeeP AuSTiN WeiRD!!!

Silly title, I know- nothing weird happened while we were in Austin. We had an AWESOME time! Thanks, Sarah for being such a great hostess! We had a blast! I already want to go back!!! Sarah & I even got to have dinner with my cousin Brittany while we were there! Where was my camera?
In case you were wondering- we did make it to the Hula Hut- it was all I hoped it would be!!!

We were able to go spend a few hours in Kerrville visiting my dad's mom & dad (Gramma & Papa).

HOT, HOT, HOT...

Amy & I dropped the kids off this afternoon at Pettijohn Springs Christian Camp. I almost felt like a bad mom leaving them there.... it was SOOOOO hot!!! But they were excited to be there. *Uncle/ Director Travis with the boys.
